Submerged arc furnace condition and point parameter measurement based on DCS System were set forth and the mathematic model of electrode current calculated in the low-voltage compensation case was given. The real electric parameter measurement provided the important basis for controlling the furnace electrode lifting so that the labor intensity can be greatly reduced at the same time stabilizing furnace operation and raising pro-ductivity.
