通过对成品锂离子电池进行高温搁置,间断性测试电池的开路电压、内阻、自放电率和容量等,考察电池高温搁置性能。结果表明:在45℃搁置13天后,满电电池的自放电率、开路电压均有不同程度的下降,自放电率与开路电压变化呈非线性关系;满电电池的自放电率有助于模块电池筛选;满电与空电电池搁置,内阻变化均不明显;空电搁置的开路电压变化有助于筛选电池。
通過對成品鋰離子電池進行高溫擱置,間斷性測試電池的開路電壓、內阻、自放電率和容量等,攷察電池高溫擱置性能。結果錶明:在45℃擱置13天後,滿電電池的自放電率、開路電壓均有不同程度的下降,自放電率與開路電壓變化呈非線性關繫;滿電電池的自放電率有助于模塊電池篩選;滿電與空電電池擱置,內阻變化均不明顯;空電擱置的開路電壓變化有助于篩選電池。
통과대성품리리자전지진행고온각치,간단성측시전지적개로전압、내조、자방전솔화용량등,고찰전지고온각치성능。결과표명:재45℃각치13천후,만전전지적자방전솔、개로전압균유불동정도적하강,자방전솔여개로전압변화정비선성관계;만전전지적자방전솔유조우모괴전지사선;만전여공전전지각치,내조변화균불명현;공전각치적개로전압변화유조우사선전지。
Through the high_temperature storage,the open_circuit voltage,resistance,self_dis_charge rate and capacity was tested intermittently to investigate the high_temperature storage per_formance of Li_ion battery.The results showed that,after storage at 45 ℃ for 13 days,the self_discharge rate and open circuit voltage of the fully charged battery declined in different degrees, the self_discharge rate and open circuit voltage were nonlinear,the self_discharge rate of the fully charged battery would contribute to filtration for module battery,the resistance changes of the fully charged and empty batteries were not obvious,the open_circuit voltage variation of empty batteries would contribute to filtration.
