为了明确在中国发现的桉树叶片焦枯病病原菌Calonectria spp.对桉树的致病力大小,并测定不同桉树无性系对Calonectria病原菌抗病性的强弱,本试验采用在中国发现的12种Calonectria属(Ca. cerciana、Ca. chinensis、Ca. hongkongensis、Ca. microconidialis、Ca. papillata、Ca.parakyotensis、Ca. pauciramosa、Ca. pentaseptata、Ca. pseudoreteaudii、Ca. seminaria、Ca. terrestris、Ca. tetraramosa)共29株致病菌对10个桉树无性系(DH32-22、DH32-29、EC152、EC153、EC155、G1、K31、OC14、U6、W5)进行了室内离体叶片致病性测定。结果显示:12种被测试Calonectria病原菌均能在不同程度上使10个桉树无性系离体叶片产生病斑;不同种Calnectria病原菌对同一桉树无性系的致病性差异显著,不同桉树无性系对同种Calonectria致病菌的抗病能力也存在显著差异。
為瞭明確在中國髮現的桉樹葉片焦枯病病原菌Calonectria spp.對桉樹的緻病力大小,併測定不同桉樹無性繫對Calonectria病原菌抗病性的彊弱,本試驗採用在中國髮現的12種Calonectria屬(Ca. cerciana、Ca. chinensis、Ca. hongkongensis、Ca. microconidialis、Ca. papillata、Ca.parakyotensis、Ca. pauciramosa、Ca. pentaseptata、Ca. pseudoreteaudii、Ca. seminaria、Ca. terrestris、Ca. tetraramosa)共29株緻病菌對10箇桉樹無性繫(DH32-22、DH32-29、EC152、EC153、EC155、G1、K31、OC14、U6、W5)進行瞭室內離體葉片緻病性測定。結果顯示:12種被測試Calonectria病原菌均能在不同程度上使10箇桉樹無性繫離體葉片產生病斑;不同種Calnectria病原菌對同一桉樹無性繫的緻病性差異顯著,不同桉樹無性繫對同種Calonectria緻病菌的抗病能力也存在顯著差異。

Calonectria leaf blight, caused by species of the genusCalonectria, is widely distributed in Eucalyptusplantations in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. The aims of this study were to clarify the pathogenicity of different species ofCalonectriaon a range ofEucalyptushybrid clones and understand the resistance of different clones againstCalonectriaspecies in China. Twenty-nine isolates representing 12 species ofCalonectria(Ca. cerciana,Ca. chinensis,Ca. hongkongensis,Ca. microconidialis,Ca. papillata, Ca.parakyotensis, Ca. pauciramosa,Ca. pentaseptata, Ca. pseudoreteaudii,Ca. seminaria,Ca. terrestris, Ca. tetraramosa) were tested on 10Eucalyptusclones (DH32-22, DH32-29, EC152, EC153, EC155, G1, K31, OC14, U6, W5). Leaf inoculation showed that all 12 testedCalonectriaspecies produced lesions on all 10Eucalyptus clones, to varying degrees. The pathogenicity of differentCalonectriaspecies to the sameEucalyptusclone differed significantly, and the resistance of differentEucalyptusclones to the same species ofCalonectria also differed significantly.
