点火正时对发动机运行时的动力性、经济性和排放具有很大影响,因此最佳点火提前角的选取十分重要。以发动机转速为反馈信号,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立CNG发动机点火提前角标定控制模型,算法实施平台为dSPACE公司的MicroAutoBox,在实验室NQ150N型天然气发动机上进行了算法测试。实验结果表明,以转速为反馈信号的点火提前角标定算法简单可行,并且能较快地找到对应工况下的最佳点火提前角。

Ignition timing has a great influence on the dynamic, economy and emissions of the running engine. So the selection of the optimum ignition advance angle is very important. The paper uses the speed of engine as the feedback signal, and establishes a control model of calibrating the ignition advance angle of the CNG engine by MATLAB/Simulink, the platform of the algorithm is MicroAutoBox, which was designed by the company of dSPACE. The test-experiments have already been done on the NQ150N natural gas engine. The result of experiments show that, the algorithm of calibrating ignition advance angle based on the feedback signal of speed is not only simple and feasible, but also be helpful to find the optimum ignition advance angle of corresponding conditions quickly.
