为了研究不同气压下B50混合燃料对柴油机性能的影响,对B50与B0燃料,在不同气压下做了台架试验,对燃烧特性、负荷特性、外特性等的试验进行对比分析。分析结果表明:相同气压下与燃用B0相比,燃用B50的输出扭矩、爆发压力、压升率和放热率等降低但峰值提前,其输出扭矩降低5%~7.06%,比油耗升高4.7%~6.9%;HC、CO和烟度分别下降31.4%、23.7%和27%,NOx排放升高8.7%。大气压力升高后燃用B0输出扭矩约升高19.5%,比油耗约降低7.5%;燃用B50输出扭矩约升高15.7%,比油耗约降低5.5%,在低速下尤为明显。结果表明B50的燃用性能不是太理想。

위료연구불동기압하B50혼합연료대시유궤성능적영향,대B50여B0연료,재불동기압하주료태가시험,대연소특성、부하특성、외특성등적시험진행대비분석。분석결과표명:상동기압하여연용B0상비,연용B50적수출뉴구、폭발압력、압승솔화방열솔등강저단봉치제전,기수출뉴구강저5%~7.06%,비유모승고4.7%~6.9%;HC、CO화연도분별하강31.4%、23.7%화27%,NOx배방승고8.7%。대기압력승고후연용B0수출뉴구약승고19.5%,비유모약강저7.5%;연용B50수출뉴구약승고15.7%,비유모약강저5.5%,재저속하우위명현。결과표명B50적연용성능불시태이상。
In order to study the main effect of different pressure of B50 mixed fuel for diesel engine performance,bench test for B50 and B0 was carried out under different pressures. Then the combustion characteristics,load characteristics and external characteristics experiment are analyzed. Analysis results show that compared with B0 under the same pressure,the output torque, explosion pressure,rate of pressure rise and rate of heat release of B50 decreased,but the peak was in advance, while a reduction of 5%~7.06%for the output torque, an increase of 4.7%~6.9%for the rate of fuel consumption occurred;the emissions of HC, CO and smoke emission decreased by 31.4%,23.7%and 27%respectively,while the emission of NOx increased by 8.7%. When the atmospheric pressure increased,an increase about 19.5%for the output torque of B0,an increase about 7.5% for rate of feul consumption of B0,an increase about 15.7% for the output torque of B50,and an increase about 5.5% for rate of feul consumption of B50 occured,especially in the low speed. It is shown that the B50 combustion performance is not too ideal.
