目的：探讨一体化护理模式改善后腹腔镜肾癌根治术(laparoscopic radical nephrectomy, LRN)患者术前负性情绪的效果。方法将2011年6月至2014年6月行 LRN的患者100例随机分为两组,观察组50例实施一体化护理,对照组50例给予常规护理,采用正性负性情绪量表(positive and negativc affect scale,PANAS)评估干预前及干预3 d后两组患者的心理状态。结果干预前两组患者正性情绪、负性情绪评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预3 d 后两组正性情绪、负性情绪评分均显著改善(P<0.05或0.01),观察组改善更为显著(P<0.01)。结论对 LRN 患者术前实施一体化护理模式进行心理干预能显著改善患者的负性情绪,确保手术顺利进行,优于常规护理模式。

Objective To discuss improving effectiveness of integrated care for preoperative negative emotions in patients with laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. Methods Selected 100 cases with LRN from Jun 2011 to Jun 2014 were divided into two groups randomly.50 cases of observa-tion group were nursed by integrated care,and 50 cases of control group were nursed by normal nursing.Mentation before and after intervention of two groups were surveyed by PANAS. Results Before intervention,positive emotions and negative emotions of two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05 ).At 3 d after intervention,positive emotions and negative emotions of two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05 or 0.01),and observation group improved more(P<0.01). Conclusions Integrated care for preoperative negative emotions in patients with laparoscop-ic radical nephrectomy can relief negative emotions,and ensure smooth operation,which is better than normal care.
