编制了用于陶瓷窑炉烟气余热回收的气-气热管换热器的计算程序。分析了翅片间距、管子中心距和热管长度对烟气段和空气段压力损失、投资回收期和所需热管总根数的影响。研究表明:随着管子中心距的增加,烟气侧和空气侧的压力损失都减小,烟气侧的压力损失下降幅度较大;烟气侧和空气侧压力损失随翅片间距增大而减小,当翅片间距增大时,所需的热管总根数随之增大,投资回收期也在增大;烟气侧和空气侧的压力损失均随热管长度的增加而增大,随着热管长度的增大,热管总跟数和投资回收期均下降。
編製瞭用于陶瓷窯爐煙氣餘熱迴收的氣-氣熱管換熱器的計算程序。分析瞭翅片間距、管子中心距和熱管長度對煙氣段和空氣段壓力損失、投資迴收期和所需熱管總根數的影響。研究錶明:隨著管子中心距的增加,煙氣側和空氣側的壓力損失都減小,煙氣側的壓力損失下降幅度較大;煙氣側和空氣側壓力損失隨翅片間距增大而減小,噹翅片間距增大時,所需的熱管總根數隨之增大,投資迴收期也在增大;煙氣側和空氣側的壓力損失均隨熱管長度的增加而增大,隨著熱管長度的增大,熱管總跟數和投資迴收期均下降。

Computational procedure of gas-gas heat pipe exchanger for the application of recovery waste heat of ceramic kiln was developed. The effects of ifn spacing, tube center distance and the length of heat pipe on the pressure loss of lfue gas section and air segment, the payback period and the required total number of the heat pipe were observed. Studies show: with the increase of tube center distance, the pressure loss of the lfue gas section and air segment is reduced, the pressure loss in the lfue gas section decreased greatly; the pressure loss of the lfue gas section and air segment increases with the decrease of the ifn spacing; when the ifn pitch is increased, the total number of the heat pipes increases, the payback period also rises; lfue gas side and air side of the pressure loss increases with the increase of the length of the heat pipe. with the increase of the length of the heat pipe, the payback period and the required total number of the heat pipes decline.
