采用微弧氧化技术在6061铝合金材料表面制备保护性涂层,通过试验,在铝酸盐体系电解液中,采用恒电流控制模式能够制备出厚度大于56μm的致密涂层.利用SEM和XRD测试微弧氧化涂层的显微组织和相结构,并测试了氧化涂层的显微硬度分布.结果表明,涂层成分主要含 Al及O元素,由α‐Al2 O3,γ‐Al2 O3及少量的Al相组成;涂层的平均显微硬度为1317Hv0.1,比基体硬度提高了10倍.

In aluminate electrolyte systems ,protective coatings(thickness>56 μm) were fabricated on 6061 aluminum alloy surface by micro‐arc oxidation and constant current .T he microstructure and phase struc‐ture of microarc oxidation coatings ,together with its microhardness distribution ,were investigated by SEM and XRD .The results showed that the coating was mainly composed of Al and O ,with the phases ofγ‐Al2 O3 ,α‐Al2 O3 ,and Al formed .The hardness of ceramic oxide coatings with the value of 1317 Hv0 .1 was ten times higher than that of 6061 aluminum alloy .
