目的：探讨优质护理服务在妇产科开展的价值。方法将我院2011年6月至2013年5月妇产科剖宫产产妇100例作为研究对象，按其护理方式分成两组，对照组产妇实施常规护理，观察组产妇实施优质护理，比较两组患者的临床护理效果和护理满意度。结果观察组产妇护理满意度高于对照组，两组结果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论借助优质护理服务对产妇进行护理，不但能提高产妇满意度，改善医患关系，还能提高护理人员的工作积极性，促使产妇快速恢复，临床效果明显。
목적：탐토우질호리복무재부산과개전적개치。방법장아원2011년6월지2013년5월부산과부궁산산부100례작위연구대상，안기호리방식분성량조，대조조산부실시상규호리，관찰조산부실시우질호리，비교량조환자적림상호리효과화호리만의도。결과관찰조산부호리만의도고우대조조，량조결과차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론차조우질호리복무대산부진행호리，불단능제고산부만의도，개선의환관계，환능제고호리인원적공작적겁성，촉사산부쾌속회복，림상효과명현。
Objective To analyze and study the quality of nursing service in the Department of gynaecology and obstetrics in value.Methods In our hospital from 2011 June to 2013 May in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of cesarean section in 100 cases as the object of study,divided into two groups according to the nursing mode,control the implementation of routine nursing group parturient,the observe group were carrying out high-quality care,compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group of maternal care satisfaction than the control group,there were statistical y significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion With the help of high quality nursing service and nursing on pregnant women,not only can improve the maternal satisfaction,improve the doctor-patient relationship,but also improve the nurses working enthusiasm, promote maternal fast recovery,the clinical effect is obvious.
