目的:分析2013年广州市越秀区输入性疟疾疫情,为进一步加强输入性疟疾防治工作提供科学依据。对2013年广州市越秀区输入性疟疾疫情报告数据进行描述性分析。结果2013年广州市越秀区输入性疟疾64例,其中恶性疟55例(85.94%),间日疟7例(10.94%),首次发现卵形疟2例(3.12%);病例中男女比例为5.4:1,患者平均年龄为(36.06±8.65)岁,病例主要来源:非洲外籍来华经商25例(39.06%),病例外出主要为境外劳务输出25例(39.06%);全年均有病例报告,按照主要输入源地区非洲旱季(10~次年3月)30例,雨季(4~9月)34例,季节性分布不明显。患者发病24 h内确诊的仅12例,占18.75%,经药物治疗后治愈63例,死亡1例。结论应加强境外疟疾流行区回国人员的筛查和健康教育,提高基层单位诊治能力,避免死亡病例发生和继发性传播风险。

Objective To analysis imported malaria epidemic in Yuexiu District,Guangzhou city in 2013,and in order to further strengthen and provide scientific basis for imported malaria prevention and control.Methods By descripting analysis imported malaria epidemic reported data in Yuexiu District Guangzhou City in 2013.Results Yuexiu District had reported 64 cases imported malaria,55 cases of Falciparum malaria(85.94%),7 cases of Plasmodium vivax malaria (10.94%),and first discovered 2 cases of Ovale malaria;the male to female ratio was 5.4:1,the average age was (36.06± 8.65).The main source of cases:25 cases of Africa foreign business(39.06%),25 cases of overseas labor output(39.06%);Al the year round case reported but it wasn’t apparent seasonal distribution,according to the main input source area Africa dry season(From October to March)reported 30 cases,the rainy season(From April to September) reported 34 cases.Patients within 24 hours with only 12 cases(18.75%),63 cases were cured after drug treatment,and 1 cases died.Conclusion Strengthen the returned overseas screening and health education who came back from epidemic area of malaria,to improve the diagnostic ability of the grass-roots units,and avoid deaths occurred and the risk of secondary transmission.
