目的：调查某院门急诊抗菌药物使用情况，促进抗菌药物合理应用。方法随机抽取2014年1月至9月门急诊处方共9000张进行统计分析。结果抽查的9000张处方，抗菌药物处方2457张（27.3%）；不合理使用抗菌药物处方182张（7.4%）。结论某院抗菌药物使用情况还存在一些不合理现象，需进一步加强对医务人员合理使用抗菌药物的培训。
목적：조사모원문급진항균약물사용정황，촉진항균약물합리응용。방법수궤추취2014년1월지9월문급진처방공9000장진행통계분석。결과추사적9000장처방，항균약물처방2457장（27.3%）；불합리사용항균약물처방182장（7.4%）。결론모원항균약물사용정황환존재일사불합리현상，수진일보가강대의무인원합리사용항균약물적배훈。
Objective To investigate the use condition of the antimicrobial drugs in hospital outpatient and emergency department,to promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods 9000 prescriptions of antimicrobial drugs were selected randomly from January to September 2014 for statistical analysis.Result There were 2 457 prescriptions using antimicrobial drugs in the sample,accounting for 27.3%;there were 182 unreasonable antibiotic prescriptions,which accounted for 7.4%in antimicrobial drug prescriptions.Conclusion In the hospital there exits certain unreasonable use of antimicrobial agents and it needs to further strengthen the training of reasonable use of antimicrobial agents for the medical staff.
