The growth conditions in Fengxian County of Jiangsu Province and standardized cultivation, production and processing techniques of yellow onion were focused elaborated. The origin environment, production procedures and other standards for producing A level green products were put forward. It was pointed out that should control full implementation quality in the production process, for further improving product quality and market competitiveness, thus pushing pollution and green food development in the region.
