本文通过查阅近年国内外作者对中草药联合珠蛋白基因诱导剂治疗β-地中海贫血的见解和评价作整理归纳。结果发现，联合用药治疗β-地中海贫血(β-地贫)方法上有了一定的发展，中药辅助治疗β-地中海贫血出现了新成果，能发挥优势互补，增强γ-珠蛋白基因表达，减轻剂量依赖性不良反应等。因此，中药与西药联合应用的研究，开辟中西药联合使用治疗β-地贫的平台，为寻找更有效的β-地贫治疗方案提供实验依据，不失为一种颇有临床价值的新探索，为临床治疗β-地贫提供一种新的方案。

In this paper,through consulting the comments and evaluation of Chinese herbal medicine combined with globin gene induction agents for the treatment of β-thalassemia at home and abroad in recent years,we summarized the data.We found that, there was a certain development in the combination treatment of β-thalassemia;there was the emergence of new achievements of Chinese herbal medicine combined with globin gene induction agents for the treatment of β-thalassemia;it could play a complementary advantages,in the enhanced gamma globin gene expression,and in reducing the dose-dependent adverse reaction and so on.Thus,study on combined application of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,built a platform for the treatment of combination of Chinese and western medicine in beta thalassemia provided the experimental basis for looking for more effective treatment of beta thalassemia,and it was a new exploration with clinical value,which provided a new scheme for the clinical treatment of beta thalassemia.
