目的:研究蒙药匝迪阿瓦治疗应激性心肌损伤的作用机制。方法:将Wistar大白鼠随机分成三组:正常对照组、制动冰泳组和匝迪治疗组,分别用HE染色法光镜观察心肌组织病理变化、ELISA法检测血清中肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肿瘤坏死因a(TNF-a)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的含量、用TUNEL法检测心肌细胞凋亡。结果:制动冰泳组大鼠心肌损伤明显,心肌细胞凋亡显著,血清中cTnI、TNF-a、IL-6的含量增加(P<0.01);匝迪治疗组心肌损伤较轻,心肌细胞凋亡较少,血清中cTnI、TNF-a、IL-6的含量减少(P<0.01)。结论:蒙药匝迪阿瓦可能通过抑制TNF-a、IL-6的释放,减轻炎症反应,减少心肌细胞凋亡,从而减轻大鼠心肌损伤。
目的:研究矇藥匝迪阿瓦治療應激性心肌損傷的作用機製。方法:將Wistar大白鼠隨機分成三組:正常對照組、製動冰泳組和匝迪治療組,分彆用HE染色法光鏡觀察心肌組織病理變化、ELISA法檢測血清中肌鈣蛋白I(cTnI)、腫瘤壞死因a(TNF-a)、白細胞介素6(IL-6)的含量、用TUNEL法檢測心肌細胞凋亡。結果:製動冰泳組大鼠心肌損傷明顯,心肌細胞凋亡顯著,血清中cTnI、TNF-a、IL-6的含量增加(P<0.01);匝迪治療組心肌損傷較輕,心肌細胞凋亡較少,血清中cTnI、TNF-a、IL-6的含量減少(P<0.01)。結論:矇藥匝迪阿瓦可能通過抑製TNF-a、IL-6的釋放,減輕炎癥反應,減少心肌細胞凋亡,從而減輕大鼠心肌損傷。
목적:연구몽약잡적아와치료응격성심기손상적작용궤제。방법:장Wistar대백서수궤분성삼조:정상대조조、제동빙영조화잡적치료조,분별용HE염색법광경관찰심기조직병리변화、ELISA법검측혈청중기개단백I(cTnI)、종류배사인a(TNF-a)、백세포개소6(IL-6)적함량、용TUNEL법검측심기세포조망。결과:제동빙영조대서심기손상명현,심기세포조망현저,혈청중cTnI、TNF-a、IL-6적함량증가(P<0.01);잡적치료조심기손상교경,심기세포조망교소,혈청중cTnI、TNF-a、IL-6적함량감소(P<0.01)。결론:몽약잡적아와가능통과억제TNF-a、IL-6적석방,감경염증반응,감소심기세포조망,종이감경대서심기손상。
Objective:To study the effective mechanism of the Mongolian nutmeg on stress-induced myocardial injury. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, braking and ice swimming group and nutmeg treatment group. Pathological changes of myocardium were observed with the HE staining under the light microscopy. Troponin I ( cTnI) , tumor necrosis factor a ( TNF-a ) and interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) levels were detected by ELISA in serum. Cardiac myocyte apoptosis was detected by TUNEL assay. Results Compared with normal control group, myocardial injury and cardiomyocyte apoptosis are both increased significantly in braking and ice swimming group, and the contents of cTnI, TNF-a, IL-6 are also increased in Serum(P<0. 01). However, Compared with braking and ice swimming group, myocardial injury and cardiomyocyte apoptosis are less in nutmeg treatment group, and the contents of cTnI, TNF-a, IL-6 are also decreased in Serum ( P<0 . 01 ) . Conclusion stress-induced myocardial injury may be related with myocardial apoptosis mediated by the inflammatory mediators tumor necrosis factor-a, IL-6. Moreover, Mongolian nutmeg had protective effects on stress-induced myocardial injury by reducing tumor necrosis factor-a, IL-6,and inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
