目的:建立蒙药六味安消散(阿木日-6)中君药-土木香所含主要成分-异土木香内酯的含量测定方法,为蒙药六味安消散的质量控制提供科学依据。方法:采用美国Trace DSQⅡ型气相色谱仪,柱子:TR-WAX;柱箱温度:起始50℃,停留0 min,升温速率20℃/min,最终温度250℃,停留6 min,升温速率5℃/min,最终温度280℃,停留5 min;载气为氮气,流速为1 mL/min;进样口温度280℃;FID检测器,温度为300℃。结果:异土木香内酯在0.01~0.20 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.9993,平均回收率为99.52%,RSD为2.00%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可为六味安消散的质量控制提供方法。

목적:건립몽약륙미안소산(아목일-6)중군약-토목향소함주요성분-이토목향내지적함량측정방법,위몽약륙미안소산적질량공제제공과학의거。방법:채용미국Trace DSQⅡ형기상색보의,주자:TR-WAX;주상온도:기시50℃,정류0 min,승온속솔20℃/min,최종온도250℃,정류6 min,승온속솔5℃/min,최종온도280℃,정류5 min;재기위담기,류속위1 mL/min;진양구온도280℃;FID검측기,온도위300℃。결과:이토목향내지재0.01~0.20 mg/mL범위내정량호적선성관계,R2=0.9993,평균회수솔위99.52%,RSD위2.00%。결론:해방법간편、쾌속、준학,중현성호,가위륙미안소산적질량공제제공방법。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of iso-alantolactone in Liuwei anxiao san. Methods:GC(Gas Chromatography) was performed on TR-WAX capillary column(30mí0. 25mmí0. 25μm) with nitrogen as the carrier gas. The column temperature was programmed from 50℃(holding 30min)at a rate of 20℃/min to 250℃(holding 6min)and then at a rate of 5℃/min to 280℃ finally. The injector temperature was 280℃. The detector temperature was set at 300℃. Results:The linear response ranges were 0. 01 ~0. 20 mg/mL ( R2 =0. 9993 ) ( n=6 );the mean recoveries were 99. 52%. Conclusion:The method is simple, quick and accurate. It is suitable for quality control of this preparation.
