目的:建立四味光明盐汤散中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法。 Phenomen C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-水(77:23)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为343nm;柱温30℃。结果:胡椒碱在50.80 ng~508.0 ng范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=664890 x+53019,r=1.0000。低、中、高浓度平均加样回收率分别为99.31%、102.4%、102.4%, RSD%分别为0.84%、0.74%、0.45%。结论:该方法准确、精密、重复性好,可作为四味光明盐汤散中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。

목적:건립사미광명염탕산중호초감적함량측정방법。방법:고효액상색보법。 Phenomen C18색보주(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);갑순-수(77:23)위류동상;류속위1.0 mL/min;검측파장위343nm;주온30℃。결과:호초감재50.80 ng~508.0 ng범위내여봉면적적분치정량호적선성관계,회귀방정위y=664890 x+53019,r=1.0000。저、중、고농도평균가양회수솔분별위99.31%、102.4%、102.4%, RSD%분별위0.84%、0.74%、0.45%。결론:해방법준학、정밀、중복성호,가작위사미광명염탕산중호초감적함량측정방법。
Objective:To establish the determination method of Piperine in Siwei Guangmingyan Tangsan. Methods:Phenomen C18 column 250 mmí4. 6 mm,5μm) was used in HPLC assay;mobile phase was methanol-water ( 77:23 );detection wavelength was 343 nm;flow rate was 1 . 0 mL/min;column temperature was 30℃. Results:The Calibration curve of Piperine was linear in the range of 50. 80 ng~508. 0 ng the regresstion equation was y=664890 x+53019,r=1. 0000,The lower,middle and high concentration of the average recovery were 99 . 31%, 102 . 4%, and 102 . 4%, RSD%were 0. 84%,074%,0. 45%. Conclusion:The method was accurate,precise and had good reproducibility, which can be used as determination method of Piperine in Siwei Guangmingyan Tangsan.
