目的：：测定雪菊中总黄酮含量。方法：将雪菊分别用60%乙醇加热回流提取三次，以芦丁为标准品，用紫外分光光度法测定雪菊中总黄酮的含量。结果：利用紫外分光光度法测得总黄酮含量为20.74%。结论：雪菊的总黄酮含量比其它菊花要高。

목적：：측정설국중총황동함량。방법：장설국분별용60%을순가열회류제취삼차，이호정위표준품，용자외분광광도법측정설국중총황동적함량。결과：이용자외분광광도법측득총황동함량위20.74%。결론：설국적총황동함량비기타국화요고。
Objective:Determining the content of total flavonoids in Coreopsis Tinctoria.Methods:Coreopsis Tinctoria were extracted with 60% ethanol by continuous thermal reflux.Total flavonoids were determined by ultraviolet spectro-photometry with rutin.Results:The content of total flavonoids in Coreopsis Tinctoria is 20.74% .Conclusion:The total amount flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in Coreopsis Tinctoria is higher than that in other chrysanthemum.
