为了系统地研究灭蝇胺在菜豆上的残留及消解规律,笔者通过筛选样品前处理方法和仪器色谱条件,建立了灭蝇胺在菜豆中残留的HPLC分析方法,同时采用该方法定量分析灭蝇胺在菜豆上的消解动态与最终残留。结果显示,灭蝇胺的添加回收率为81.5%~97.1%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~4.7%,最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg,最低检出量为1.0×10-10 g,线性关系良好(=0.9999);灭蝇胺在菜豆中消解较快,半衰期为3.2~6.1 d,使用剂量为100~150 g.a.i/hm2(制剂21.50~32.25 g/667 m2)的31%阿维菌素·灭蝇胺悬浮剂于菜豆幼果期施药2~3次,施药7 d后,样品中灭蝇胺最终残留量为0.024~0.160 mg/kg,低于0.5 mg/kg(MRL值),是安全的。

In order to systematically study the residues and degradation rules of cyromazine in beans, a residue analytical method (HPLC) has been developed for the determination of cyromazine in beans by sample screening and preparation meth-ods and equipment chromatographic conditions. At the same time, the degradation dynamic and terminal residues of cyro-mazine in beans were studied by means of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the re-coveries were 81.5%~97.1%, and the relative standard deviations of the method were 3.6%~4.7%. The minimum detectable concentration of cyromazine was 0.01 mg/kg and the minimum detectable amount of cyromazine was 1.0 ×10-10 g, and the linear relationship was good (r=0.999 9). The degradation of cyromazine in beans was fast with a half-life of 3.2~6.1 days. It was safe to spray 2~3 times of 31% avermectin·cyromazine suspending agent of 100~150 g.a.i/hm2 (preparation 21.5~32.25 g/667 m2)in young fruit period and the amount of terminal cyromazine residue were 0.024~0.160 mg/kg in the sam-ple after 7 days of application and lower than 0.5 mg/kg (MRL value).
