目的：研究喉罩复合七氟烷在小儿手外伤麻醉的临床效果。方法：选取需全麻的小儿手外伤患者40例，ASA分级 I～II级，年龄为2～10岁。均行喉罩全麻。观察术前、术中、术后的血压、心率、血氧饱和度变化及是否满足手术需要。结果：喉罩复合七氟烷用于小儿手外伤麻醉效果好，患儿耐受性好。结论：喉罩复合七氟烷能很好的满足简单的小儿手外伤手术。

목적：연구후조복합칠불완재소인수외상마취적림상효과。방법：선취수전마적소인수외상환자40례，ASA분급 I～II급，년령위2～10세。균행후조전마。관찰술전、술중、술후적혈압、심솔、혈양포화도변화급시부만족수술수요。결과：후조복합칠불완용우소인수외상마취효과호，환인내수성호。결론：후조복합칠불완능흔호적만족간단적소인수외상수술。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laryngeal mask compound seven halothane in pediatric anesthesia of of hand trauma. Methods: 40 pediatric patients with hand injury requiring general anesthesia treatment, ASA grade I to grade II, aged 2~10. Underwent General anesthesia using laryngeal mask were applied. Observation of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative blood pressure, heart rate and saturation of blood oxygen and whether or not to meet the need of operation.Kesults:Larynged mask with sevoflurane anesthesia in pediatric hand trauma effect is good,Children with good tolerance. Conclusion: the laryngeal mask airway composite seven halothane can well satisfy the simple hand trauma in children.
