在多传感信息融合过程中,D-S证据理论在处理高冲突证据时存在缺陷,后续许多改进方法也存在结果不收敛、收敛速度慢等新的问题。提出了一种新的证据推理规则:计算各证据的可信度以表征其全局有效性进而对证据进行修正;证据推理时,对于焦元中的一致性部分采用乘性算子,对冲突部分在相关焦元间进行加性局部分配。对比实验表明,新的证据推理规则可以提高收敛速度,增强可靠性,降低决策风险,既能适应低冲突证据推理,又能实现高冲突证据的有效融合。

In the process of the multi-sensor information fusion,D-S evidence theory flaws in dealing with heavily conflicting evidence,and many subsequent improved methods also have new problems such as non-convergence,slow convergence,etc.The pa-per proposed a new evidence reasoning rule:it calculated the credibility of each evidence to characterize its global validity, and modified the evidences according to the credibility weights;Then reasoned with a new formula,which utilized multiplicative opera-tor to the consistency of the focus element,and did the plus partial allocation to the conflict part among the related focus elements. The comparative experiments indicate that the new rule can increase convergence speed,enhance reliability,reduce decision-mak-ing risk and apply to both lightly and heavily conflicting evidence.
