目的：寻找减轻孕产妇耻骨联合分离造成的痛苦的最佳护理防治方案，促进患者康复，提高生活质量。方法：对患者妊娠期、产时及产后采用补钙饮食、适度锻炼及休息和产时指导、局部理疗、骨盆制动、心理疏导等干预，总结最佳护理防治方案。结果：8例耻骨联合分离病人经综合护理干预后，局部疼痛明显减轻，痊愈时间明显缩短。结论：耻骨联合分离孕产妇在妊娠期、产时及产后给予恰当的护理措施，有助于减轻痛苦，促其迅速康复。

목적：심조감경잉산부치골연합분리조성적통고적최가호리방치방안，촉진환자강복，제고생활질량。방법：대환자임신기、산시급산후채용보개음식、괄도단련급휴식화산시지도、국부리료、골분제동、심리소도등간예，총결최가호리방치방안。결과：8례치골연합분리병인경종합호리간예후，국부동통명현감경，전유시간명현축단。결론：치골연합분리잉산부재임신기、산시급산후급여흡당적호리조시，유조우감경통고，촉기신속강복。
Objective:To look for reducing maternal pubic symphysis separation caused the pain best care prevention and control plan, promote patients recover, improve the quality of life.Methods:For calcium supplementation during pregnancy, intrapartum and postpartum used in patients with diet, moderate exercise and rest, intrapartum guide and local physiotherapy, pelvic braking, psychological counseling and other interventions, summarizes the best care prevention and solution.Results:8 patients with pubic symphysis separation after comprehensive nursing intervention, local pain significantly reduced, significantly shorten the healing time. Conclusion:Pubic symphysis separation in gestation, intrapartum and postpartum maternal to give proper nursing measures, help to reduce pain and promote its rapid recovery.
