目的：分析2008-2013年安丘市人间布鲁氏菌病（简称布病）的流行病学特征，为布病防控提供科学依据。方法：对2008-2013年安丘市布病疫情进行描述性流行病学分析。结果：2008-2013年，安丘市人间布病发病率呈明显上升趋势，呈现散发状态，疫区面积不断扩大，病例以中老年为主，男性高于女性，职业主要为农民。结论：建议通过加强政府领导、部门协作、监管指导、宣传培训等措施，落实畜间检疫免疫措施，做好病畜处理和个人防护，减少和控制疫情发生。
목적：분석2008-2013년안구시인간포로씨균병（간칭포병）적류행병학특정，위포병방공제공과학의거。방법：대2008-2013년안구시포병역정진행묘술성류행병학분석。결과：2008-2013년，안구시인간포병발병솔정명현상승추세，정현산발상태，역구면적불단확대，병례이중노년위주，남성고우녀성，직업주요위농민。결론：건의통과가강정부령도、부문협작、감관지도、선전배훈등조시，락실축간검역면역조시，주호병축처리화개인방호，감소화공제역정발생。
Objective:To analysis from 2008 to 2013 in Anqiu city of human brucellosis (referred to as the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis), provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods:Descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed on 2008 ~ brucellosis epidemic in Anqiu city in 2013. Results:From 2008 to 2013, the Anqiu city human brucellosis incidence rate showed an upward trend, showing sporadic, epidemic area expands unceasingly, were middle to old aged, male is higher than female occupation, mainly for farmers. Conclusion:Suggested by strengthening government leadership, department cooperation, supervision and guidance, advocacy training and other measures, the implementation of animal quarantine measures between immune disease, do a good job of animal treatment and personal protection, reduce the occurrence and epidemic control.
