目的：研究腹腔镜辅助直肠外翻拖出式治疗直肠癌的临床效果。方法：随机选取我院2010年3月至2014年3月期间，50例采取腹腔镜辅助直肠外翻拖出式手术治疗的直肠癌患者（观察组），同期50例腹腔镜下直肠前切除根治术的直肠癌患者（对照组）。观察组采取全麻下腹腔镜辅助直肠外翻拖出式手术，对照组采取全麻下腹腔镜直肠前切除根治术，比较两组患者手术时间、术后相关恢复情况。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量较对照组低；平均住院时间较对照组短，随访6个月至4年期间，观察组复发1人（2%），对照组复发3人（6%）。无死亡病例，P＜0.05。结论：腹腔镜辅助下直肠外翻拖出式治疗直肠癌，保证了手术的根治目的，术后复发率低，改善了患者生存质量。
목적：연구복강경보조직장외번타출식치료직장암적림상효과。방법：수궤선취아원2010년3월지2014년3월기간，50례채취복강경보조직장외번타출식수술치료적직장암환자（관찰조），동기50례복강경하직장전절제근치술적직장암환자（대조조）。관찰조채취전마하복강경보조직장외번타출식수술，대조조채취전마하복강경직장전절제근치술，비교량조환자수술시간、술후상관회복정황。결과：관찰조수술시간、술중출혈량교대조조저；평균주원시간교대조조단，수방6개월지4년기간，관찰조복발1인（2%），대조조복발3인（6%）。무사망병례，P＜0.05。결론：복강경보조하직장외번타출식치료직장암，보증료수술적근치목적，술후복발솔저，개선료환자생존질량。
Objective:Study the clinical effect of treatment of laparoscopic assisted rectal eversion out type to rectal cancer. Methods:Randomly selected 50 cases cancer patients (observation group) from our hospital during March 2010 to March 2014,who assisted rectal outer pull type surgical laparoscopic treatment of colorectal; During the same period, 50 cases rectal cancer patients of laparoscopic rectal resection of rectal radical as the control group. Observation group under general anesthesia laparoscopic assisted rectal valgus drag type surgery, control group were under general anesthesia, operation time ,before laparoscopic rectal excision rectum treated, compare two groups with patients' postoperative recovery. Results:In the observation group operation time, intraoperative blood loss was lower than those of control group; the average hospitalization time was short. Followed up for 6 months to 4 years, recurrence of observation group 1 person(2%), control recurrence 3 people(6%). no deaths, P<0.05. Conclusion: The treatment of laparoscopic assisted rectal eversion drag rectal cancer type, ensure the radical purpose of the procedure, Postoperative recurrence rate is low, it can improve the patients quality of life.
