目的：观察氨基葡萄糖胶囊、黑骨藤追风活洛胶囊配合局部封闭疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：随机选取门诊检查确认的肩周炎患者150例，分为治疗组（75例）和对照组（75例），治疗组予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊+黑骨藤追风活洛胶囊配合封闭疗法治疗，对照组予布洛芬+维生素B12治疗，共治疗14天。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊、黑骨藤追风活洛胶囊配合封闭疗法是治疗肩周炎的有效方法。
目的：觀察氨基葡萄糖膠囊、黑骨籐追風活洛膠囊配閤跼部封閉療法治療肩週炎的療效。方法：隨機選取門診檢查確認的肩週炎患者150例，分為治療組（75例）和對照組（75例），治療組予硫痠氨基葡萄糖膠囊+黑骨籐追風活洛膠囊配閤封閉療法治療，對照組予佈洛芬+維生素B12治療，共治療14天。結果：治療組療效優于對照組（P<0.01）。結論：鹽痠氨基葡萄糖膠囊、黑骨籐追風活洛膠囊配閤封閉療法是治療肩週炎的有效方法。
목적：관찰안기포도당효낭、흑골등추풍활락효낭배합국부봉폐요법치료견주염적료효。방법：수궤선취문진검사학인적견주염환자150례，분위치료조（75례）화대조조（75례），치료조여류산안기포도당효낭+흑골등추풍활락효낭배합봉폐요법치료，대조조여포락분+유생소B12치료，공치료14천。결과：치료조료효우우대조조（P<0.01）。결론：염산안기포도당효낭、흑골등추풍활락효낭배합봉폐요법시치료견주염적유효방법。
Objective: To observe the effect of glucosaminecapsules, Periploca forrestii Zhuifeng live Luo capsule combined with effect of local blocking therapy in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:randomly selectedout-patient examination confirmed 150 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis, divided into the treatment group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases), the treatment group was given Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules+ silkvine stem Zhuifeng live Luo capsule combined withblock therapy treatment, control group received ibuprofen +vitamin 12 treatment, a total of 14 days of treatment. Results:The curative effect in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Glucosamine hydrochloride capsules, Periploca forrestii Zhuifeng liveLuo capsule combined with block therapy is an effective method for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
