目的:探讨被动吸烟对大鼠种植体周围骨沉积的影响。方法全麻下在20只Wistar大鼠右侧胫骨内植入纯钛螺纹状种植体,根据是否被动吸烟将大鼠随机分为对照组和被动吸烟组。3个月后,处死动物获取胫骨标本,扫描电镜观察各组种植体周围骨结合情况,采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组种植体周围骨组织中骨保护素(OPG)和核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)表达水平。结果被动吸烟持续组界面骨表面吸收陷窝增多、增深,骨质沉积降低;RANKL的表达强,范围广泛,颜色深,光密度值(IOD)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。OPG的表达弱,均散且染色淡,IOD值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论被动吸烟可减少大鼠种植体骨界面的骨沉积,机制涉及RANKL的表达水平的升高和OPG表达水平的降低。

목적:탐토피동흡연대대서충식체주위골침적적영향。방법전마하재20지Wistar대서우측경골내식입순태라문상충식체,근거시부피동흡연장대서수궤분위대조조화피동흡연조。3개월후,처사동물획취경골표본,소묘전경관찰각조충식체주위골결합정황,채용면역조직화학방법검측각조충식체주위골조직중골보호소(OPG)화핵인자κB수체활화인자배체(RANKL)표체수평。결과피동흡연지속조계면골표면흡수함와증다、증심,골질침적강저;RANKL적표체강,범위엄범,안색심,광밀도치(IOD)현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。OPG적표체약,균산차염색담,IOD치명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론피동흡연가감소대서충식체골계면적골침적,궤제섭급RANKL적표체수평적승고화OPG표체수평적강저。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of cigarette smoke inhalation on the expression of OPG and RANKL of the bone around implants in the rats.MethodsA pure titanium implant was placed in the right tibia of 20 Wistar rats under anesthesia. They were divided into the control group and smoking group randomly.3 months later,the rats were sacrificed and the tibiae were made for observing the bone deposition by the scanning electron microscrop(SEM). The expression of OPG and RANKL was also examined bythe immune histochemistry.ResultsSerious bone absorption and decreased deposition were found around the implants of smoking group. The expression level of RANKL was increased. The positive tegrated optic density(IOD)was remarkably higher than the control group(P<0.05). The expression level of OPG was decreased. The IOD was remarkably lower than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe cigarette smoke inhalation decreased the bone deposition aroud the implants in the rats. The mechanism maybe involved in increasing the expression level of RANKL and decreasing that of OPG.
