A DL31 Karl-Fisher Titrator was employed for the determination of moisture content in 2-acetyl-r-butyrolactone. The effect of operating environment, polarization current, drift value, sampling time, stirring time and sample weight on the test results were investigated, the parameters of the apparatus were optimized, and then the experimental method was established.
