以伯胺、异硫氰酸酯和炔丙基溴为原料,在磷酸钾作用下,采用“一锅法”反应合成2-亚胺基噻唑啉衍生物。该方法具有原料易得,步骤简单,产率较高等优点,为合成2-亚胺基噻唑啉类化合物提供了一种实用的新方法。所得化合物的结构均经核磁和质谱确证。
以伯胺、異硫氰痠酯和炔丙基溴為原料,在燐痠鉀作用下,採用“一鍋法”反應閤成2-亞胺基噻唑啉衍生物。該方法具有原料易得,步驟簡單,產率較高等優點,為閤成2-亞胺基噻唑啉類化閤物提供瞭一種實用的新方法。所得化閤物的結構均經覈磁和質譜確證。

An efficient one-pot synthesis of thiazol-2-imine derivatives from primary amine,isocyanate and propargyl bromide had been developed. The procedure was mediated by potassium phosphate. This method has some advantages,such as readily available raw materials,easy of operation,and high yields. Thus,a novel method for the synthesis of thiazol-2-imine compounds was developed. The structures of the product were characterized by NMR and MS.
