This paper briefly describes the welding crack which was found after whole post-weld heat treatment of the equipment during manufacturing process in a unit.Experiment was conducted on crack sample which was taken from the equipment.The situation,macro-morphology and micro-morphology of the crack have been displayed.These make preparation for further analysis of the crack qualitative.
