目的：研究不稳定性股骨转子间骨折临床治疗方法，探讨其应用效果。方法：选取本院48例不稳定性股骨转子间骨折老年患者，将其按照每组24例划分为对照组和治疗组，给予对照组人工关节置换术治疗，观察组通过PFn钉进行治疗。结果：两组患者治疗效果均比较明显，两组患者均无明显术后并发症。结论：针对不稳定性股骨转子间骨折老年患者，运用PFn钉以及人工关节置换术进行治疗均能取得良好疗效。

목적：연구불은정성고골전자간골절림상치료방법，탐토기응용효과。방법：선취본원48례불은정성고골전자간골절노년환자，장기안조매조24례화분위대조조화치료조，급여대조조인공관절치환술치료，관찰조통과PFn정진행치료。결과：량조환자치료효과균비교명현，량조환자균무명현술후병발증。결론：침대불은정성고골전자간골절노년환자，운용PFn정이급인공관절치환술진행치료균능취득량호료효。
Objective: To study the clinical treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture, and to explore its application effect. Methods:Selected in our hospital 48 cases of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of the femur, in accordance with the 24 cases in each group divided into control group and treatment group, the control group given artificial joint replacement therapy,observation group were treated by PFn nail. Results:The therapeutic effect of twogroups of patients are more obvious, two groups of patients had no obvious postoperative complications. Conclusion:In elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures by PFn nail, and artificial joint replacement treatment canachieve good therapeutic effect.
