对一台联运LNG罐式集装箱的内容器外壳连接结构进行了强度计算和应力分析。根据计算结果,对应力水平较高的内容器固定端支撑座结构和外壳下部滑动端支撑罩结构进行了改进,改进后的罐箱内容器和外壳支撑罩结构最大应力水平有较大幅度的降低,能够满足设计工况的要求。
對一檯聯運LNG罐式集裝箱的內容器外殼連接結構進行瞭彊度計算和應力分析。根據計算結果,對應力水平較高的內容器固定耑支撐座結構和外殼下部滑動耑支撐罩結構進行瞭改進,改進後的罐箱內容器和外殼支撐罩結構最大應力水平有較大幅度的降低,能夠滿足設計工況的要求。

Strength calculation and stress analysis were conducted for the connecting structure between inner vessel and outer jacket of a multimodal transport LNG tank.According to the calculation results, the structures with high stress,namely the supporting seat at the fixed end of the inner vessel and the supporting cover at the slideable end of the outer jacket lower part,were optimized.The stress of the im-proved structures of the LNG tank were greatly reduced,which can meet the design requirements and norms.
