研究了在钢板不同部位切取样坯作为部件热成形和模拟PWHT的母材试件，其对热成形和模拟PWHT后力学性能试验结果的影响。结果发现，当钢板存在明显组织偏析时，试样的拉伸试验值无明显差异，但冲击试样的冲击吸收能量值差异很大。建议相关标准应明确规定热成形母材试件的切取位置。

The effect of base metal test coupons selected location on the vessel parts′plate on mechanical property after hot forming and simulated PWHT was discussed.It shows that when the steel plate has clear microstructure segregation,the results of tension test have no obvious difference but the results of impact test show great differences of impact absorption energy value among the different coupons.The relative standards should clearly specify the selected location of base metal test coupons for hot forming.
