开发了基于ARM的SF6在线仪表校验装置。该装置以STM32F103为主控（通过RS485串口通信控制质量流量控制器产生标准气体），以320×240 TFT彩色触摸显示屏作为人机交互平台，以性能可靠的进口SF6传感器作为敏感元件，同时又集实时测量、手动自动模式切换、系统参数查询、便于校准等众多功能于一体，操作简单，性能可靠。实验结果表明，该装置可以快速、准确配置校准用标准气体，方便、快捷在线校准多种类型的SF6气体检测设备。

The SF6 online instrument calibration system was designed based on ARM.The device used STM32F103 micropro-cessor as the core(Mass flow controller was controlled by the RS485 serial port to produce standard gas),used 320 ×240 TFT color touch screen as the human-computer interaction platform,and used the imported SF6 sensor with reliable performance as the sensitive element.At the same time,the system integrated real-time measurement,automatic manual mode switch,system parameter query,easy calibration,and many other functions in one,and it was easy to operate and had reliable performance.Experimental re-sults show that the device can configure the standard gas rapidly and precisely and calibrate multiple types of SF6 gas detection e-quipment fast and conveniently.
