在时差法超声波热量表的流量测量中,针对传统测量方法存在计算量大、测量复杂等问题,在线性回归算法和分段插值算法的基础上研究了一种新的计算流量的方法,实现了由时间差到流量值的直接计算,避免了流体分布不均和温度变化对流量测量精度的影响,使流量测量结果更接近真实值,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性,对流量的精确测量具有一定的指导意义。
在時差法超聲波熱量錶的流量測量中,針對傳統測量方法存在計算量大、測量複雜等問題,在線性迴歸算法和分段插值算法的基礎上研究瞭一種新的計算流量的方法,實現瞭由時間差到流量值的直接計算,避免瞭流體分佈不均和溫度變化對流量測量精度的影響,使流量測量結果更接近真實值,提高瞭繫統的穩定性和可靠性,對流量的精確測量具有一定的指導意義。
재시차법초성파열량표적류량측량중,침대전통측량방법존재계산량대、측량복잡등문제,재선성회귀산법화분단삽치산법적기출상연구료일충신적계산류량적방법,실현료유시간차도류량치적직접계산,피면료류체분포불균화온도변화대류량측량정도적영향,사류량측량결과경접근진실치,제고료계통적은정성화가고성,대류량적정학측량구유일정적지도의의。
In order to solve problems existing in the traditional flow rate measurement of time-difference ultrasonic heat meter such as large amount of calculations and complex measurements,we conducted a deep study on the linear regression algorithm and subsection interpolation algorithm and developed a new method to calculate flow rate,which was implemented directly by the meas-urement of time lag,and avoided the influence of uneven distribution of fluid and the change of temperature to the measurement ac-curacy.Tests show that the flow rate measurement results of heat meter based on this algorithm are closer to real value.There is no doubt that it has a certain guiding significance on the precise measurement of flow rate.
