根据不同组分气体的热导系数不同，设计了基于微流热导传感器的在线气体分析仪。介绍了分析仪的主要组成工作模块，并对仪器的工作状态进行了分析研究。实验室的在线测试表明，该仪器可用于氮中氢气的全量程检测，及氮中二氧化碳等气体的检测。该仪器具有体积小，系统误差低，长期稳定工作的特点，为新产品的研发提供了基础。

As different gases have different thermal conductivity coefficients,this paper designed the gas analyzer based on mi-cro-flow thermal conductivity.The main work modules of the analyzer were introduced and the working conditions of the analyzer were analyzed.The resulting measurement data in the laboratory show that the analyzer can be used for full-scale measurements of hydrogen,the carbon dioxide and other gases.The analyzer system is small in size,high in accuracy and able to adapt to long-term work,thus providing the basis for the development of new products.
