A powdery dynamic quantitative weighing controller based on ARM11 was designed.The paper introduced the hard-ware,software design in detail.The controller adopted ARM11 as the embedded controller and Linux as the software platform to re-alize A/D conversion,touch screen drive program and application program compiling.Then,data filtering and weighing error correc-tion algorithm was researched to improve weighing precision.Functions of Powdery materials such as bean pulps parameters setting, on-line dynamic quantitative weighing and remote process monitoring and management were realized.The controller has advantages of small volume,high precision and extensible function.
