弹载设备采集的大量数字图像信息需要快速传输和存储,针对这一需求,设计了基于LVDS(低压差分信号)总线和NAND型FLASH进行交叉双平面编程的存储系统,实现了数字图像的高速传输存储。在系统硬件设计部分,介绍了系统各部分接口电路的设计;在软件部分,重点分析了交叉双平面页编程这一关键技术。通过调试,证明该系统可以以30 MB /s的速度将数据信息存储到FLASH中,达到了数据的快速存储和准确回读的目的。

A large number of digital image information gathered by onboard equipments need to be transmitted and stored.Fo-cusing on the requirement,a storage system using alternating two-plane page program was designed which based on LVDS bus and NAND-type FLASH.The system has achieved high-speed transmission and storage of digital image.In hardware implementation, this paper introduced the connection between every module.In software,detailed analysis of key technology about the alternating two-plane page program was shown.By commissioning,the speed of data stored in the FLASH is 30MB/s,which achievied fast data storage and accurate feedback purposes.
