针对福建省鸿山热电有限责任公司600 MW超临界供热机组小机运行中润滑油压低保护动作跳闸事件,介绍了小机润滑油系统的作用,分析了小机润滑油压力突降的原因。通过对小机润滑油系统联锁保护相关参数进行优化,并对系统进行加装蓄能器改造后,解决了小机润滑油压力突降隐患。

In terms of the tripping event of protection operation for low lubrication pressure in running of small turbine of 600 MW supercritical heat supply unit in Fujian Hongshan Thermal Power Co., Ltd., the role of lubricating oil system of small turbine is described, the reasons of sudden dropping of lubricating oil pressure of small turbine is analyzed. After optimizing the parameters of interlock protection of lubricating oil system of small turbine and the transformation of installing accumulator in the system, the risk of sudden dropping of lubricating oil pressure of small turbine is solved.
