通过实验研究探索制革污泥吸附Cr (Ⅵ)最佳的条件和工艺,提高电镀废水净化处理效果,既可解决制革污泥处理难的问题,实现废物资源化,又可降低处理电镀废水的成本,减轻环境压力。实验发现,随着Cr6+浓度增加,污泥吸附量也随着增加;污泥吸附的最佳pH值为3;最佳的振荡时间为30 min;旧污泥与新污泥相比有更好的吸附性。

In order to explore the best conditions and techniques, and increase the chromium-contaminated wastewater purification effect, the adsorption of Cr (Ⅵ) onto tannery sludge has been investigated. It can solve the tannery sludge treatment problem, realize waste utilization of resources, and can also lower the treatment costs of chromium-contaminated wastewater. It was found that, with the increasing concentration of Cr6+, the sludge adsorption capacity increased;the best pH of adsorption is 3 and the best shaking time is 30 min;the old sludge is of better adsorbability than the new sludge.
