选用广西三黄鸡为母本、贵妃鸡为父本，按照试验设计和规定指标，进行杂交，选育杂交后代，再以回交方法固定目标性状，培育至杂交F3代，并对杂交F3代进行外貌特征和生长性状（体重、屠宰性能）的研究，比较杂交F3代与贵妃鸡的异同，研究杂交F3代的外貌特征与生长发育规律。结果表明，贵妃鸡与广西三黄鸡的杂交后代外貌特征为全身黑羽，其生长速度明显优于贵妃鸡，但仍具有贵妃鸡肉质优良的特点。
선용엄서삼황계위모본、귀비계위부본，안조시험설계화규정지표，진행잡교，선육잡교후대，재이회교방법고정목표성상，배육지잡교F3대，병대잡교F3대진행외모특정화생장성상（체중、도재성능）적연구，비교잡교F3대여귀비계적이동，연구잡교F3대적외모특정여생장발육규률。결과표명，귀비계여엄서삼황계적잡교후대외모특정위전신흑우，기생장속도명현우우귀비계，단잉구유귀비계육질우량적특점。
According to the regulations of the experimental design and indices, a hybridizations test was carried out with Princess Chicken (♀)and Guangxi Sanhuang Chicken (♂).The hybrid offsprings were bred and their target traits were fixed by the backcross method continued to cultivate until the hybrid F3. The appearance characteristics and growth traits (weight and carcass traits) of hybrid F3 were studied. The hybrid F3 was compared with Princess Chicken. And the appearance characteristics and growth laws of hybrid F3 were studied. The results showed that the hybrid offsprings of Princess Chicken (♀)and Guangxi Sanhuang Chicken(♂) were in black feather and their growth rate was significantly better than Princess Chicken. And the hybrid F3 still maintained the excellent meat quality of Princess Chicken.
