羊口疮是一种严重危害养羊业的传染性疾病，其病原为羊口疮病毒（ORFV），主要感染动物的口唇、鼻孔、眼部及周围皮肤，出现丘疹和脓疱，易对幼龄动物吸吮乳汁和成年动物采食造成一定的影响。该病一年四季均可发生，在春夏季节尤为严重，传播速度快、范围广，在世界各地广泛流行，常给养羊业造成巨大的损失。对羊口疮的病原学、流行病学、临床症状、实验室诊断及防治措施等方面进行综述，以期为羊口疮的防控提供理论依据。

ORF is a serious infectious disease that had serious harm to sheep industry. Its pathogen is ORF virus, which mainly infects the lips, nostrils, eyes and surrounding skins of animals. Then papules and pustules appear and ORF has some influences on the milk-sucking of young animals and feed intake of adult animals. This disease occurs throughout the whole year, but it is particularly serious in spring and summer. ORF spreads fast and had wide spreading range. And it is widely prevalent around the world. And ORF has brought huge losses to the sheep industry. The etiology, epidemiology, clinical symptoms, laboratory diagnosis, prevention and treatment measures of ORF were reviewed, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of ORF.
