为了保障羊肉制品的生物安全,对屠宰羊进行弓形虫感染情况调查以及对羊肉进行弓形虫检测。采用间接血凝试验,对677份屠宰羊的血清进行了弓形虫抗体检测。结果显示,弓形虫抗体阳性有47份,阳性率为6.9%。
為瞭保障羊肉製品的生物安全,對屠宰羊進行弓形蟲感染情況調查以及對羊肉進行弓形蟲檢測。採用間接血凝試驗,對677份屠宰羊的血清進行瞭弓形蟲抗體檢測。結果顯示,弓形蟲抗體暘性有47份,暘性率為6.9%。

In order to ensure the biosafety of mutton products, Toxoplasma gondii infection of slaughtered sheep was investigated and Toxoplasma gondii in mutton was detected. 677 sera samples of slaughtered sheep were detected by using indirect hem agglutination test for toxoplasmosis. The results showed that 47 sheep antibodies were positive and the infection rate of Toxoplasma gondii was 6.9%.
