目的探讨托吡酯对癫痫患儿血清瘦素、骨钙蛋白及血钙的影响。方法选取35例癫痫患儿为托吡酯组,同时选取35例健康小儿为正常对照组。托吡酯组予托吡酯单药治疗,检测托吡酯组治疗前及托吡酯组治疗半年后血清瘦素、骨钙蛋白及血钙水平并与对照组比较。结果治疗后,托吡酯组患儿的血清瘦素、骨钙蛋白及血钙均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论托吡酯可降低癫痫患儿血清瘦素、骨钙蛋白及血钙水平,抑制体质量的增长和骨的形成,故采用托吡酯治疗的同时,应同时补钙。

목적탐토탁필지대전간환인혈청수소、골개단백급혈개적영향。방법선취35례전간환인위탁필지조,동시선취35례건강소인위정상대조조。탁필지조여탁필지단약치료,검측탁필지조치료전급탁필지조치료반년후혈청수소、골개단백급혈개수평병여대조조비교。결과치료후,탁필지조환인적혈청수소、골개단백급혈개균교치료전명현하강(P<0.05),차명현저우정상대조조(P<0.05)。결론탁필지가강저전간환인혈청수소、골개단백급혈개수평,억제체질량적증장화골적형성,고채용탁필지치료적동시,응동시보개。
Objective]To explore the effect of topiramate(TPM)on serum leptin,osteocalcin and blood calcium in pediatric patients with epilepsy.[Methods]A total of 35 pediatric patients with epilepsy were select-ed as TPM group.Meanwhile,35 healthy children were selected as normal control group.TPM group was treated with TPM alone.Serum leptin,osteocalcin and blood calcium in TPM group before and half a year af-ter treatment were measured and compared with those in control group.[Results]Compared with before treat-ment,serum leptin,osteocalcin and blood calcium in TPM group after treatment were decreased obviously(P<0.05),and lower than those in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]TPM can decrease serum leptin,os-teocalcin and blood calcium,and inhibit the increment of body weight and bone formation in pediatric patients with epilepsy.Therefore,TPM therapy should be combined with calcium supplement simultaneously.
