中职学校的毕业生在严峻的就业形式和激烈的人才竞争中倍受冷落，并非社会、岗位不需要中等学历水平的人才，关键还在职业教育本身的专业课教学质量上。笔者作为一名计算机课教师，在教学中注重了对学生创新能力的培养，不仅取得了较为明显的教学效果，而且使学生学会了进行独立思考和科学的思考，为他们以后发展为创新型人才奠定了科学的思想基础。根据几年的教学实践，笔者认为在计算机教学中应从以下几个方面对学生进行创新能力的培养。

중직학교적필업생재엄준적취업형식화격렬적인재경쟁중배수랭락，병비사회、강위불수요중등학력수평적인재，관건환재직업교육본신적전업과교학질량상。필자작위일명계산궤과교사，재교학중주중료대학생창신능력적배양，불부취득료교위명현적교학효과，이차사학생학회료진행독립사고화과학적사고，위타문이후발전위창신형인재전정료과학적사상기출。근거궤년적교학실천，필자인위재계산궤교학중응종이하궤개방면대학생진행창신능력적배양。
the secondary vocational school graduates in the severe employment form and neglect,in fierce competition for talent is not social,jobs don't need a moderate degree of talent,the key is the quality of teaching in the course of professional education itself.The author as a computer course teacher,in pay at ention to the cultivation of students innovative ability in teaching,not only achieved a relatively obvious teaching effect,but also makes students learned to independent thinking and scientific thinking,for their later development for innovative talents laid the ideological basis of science.Based on years of teaching practice,the author thinks that in the computer teaching from the fol owing several aspects of the cultivation of the students'ability to innovate.
