    基于SDN的技术理念，研究了OpenFlow协议和交换机的基本内容。结合EPC网络的构成与网络业务流程，构建大致的SDN框架下EPC结构策略控制系统关键部分，定义了各部件功能，并描述了框架之下的详细业务流程。

    Based on SDN technology, the principles of OpenFlow protocol and switches are analyzed. Combined with the composition and the business flow of EPC network, the key part of EPC policy control system based on SDN architecture is constructed. The functions of different components are defined, as well as the specific business flows are described.
