工学结合人才培养模式下,高职教育人才培养目标、培养方案的实施主体、教学模式、学习方式、考核方式等均体现出鲜明的特征。与工学结合人才培养模式相适应,其学生学习质量评价体系构建也必须体现工学结合特色。学生学习质量评价体系构建应遵循科学性、激励性、可操作性、多元化的原则,以职业能力、职业道德、可持续发展能力考核为核心内容,以职业岗位能力和职业资格标准为依据,突出过程性评价和发展性评价。

This paper analyzes the distinctive features of the mode of work-study combination from the points of training objectives and implementation subject, teaching mode, learning methods and assessment methods of the training plan. Besides, it proposes scientific, incentive, operable and diversified principles to construct the students’ learning quality evaluation system based on the talent training mode of work-study combination. Moreover, the writer describes the system connotation and implementation method of the students’ learning quality evaluation system from the points of the evaluation of the subject, contents and methods.
