随着高职教育实践教学改革的深入，实验室管理作为实践教学实施的重要组成部分，需要在管理理念、管理模式、管理方法等方面做出相应调整。实验室的管理需要切实从提高实践教学质量出发，明确实验室管理建设的目标定位，在集中与分散的管理模式、制度化与系统化的工作规程、规范化与工程化的实践环境和量化考核与激励机制相结合的评价体系等方面进行探索和实践。

With the deepening of practical teaching reform in the vocational college, the lab management as an important part of implementation of practical teaching, which needs some adjustments on the conception, mode and methods of management. The lab management should base on the improvement of practical education with a clear target positioning. More explorations and practices should be done on the aspects of centralized and decentralized management mode, institutional and systematic working procedures, standardization and engineering practice environment, and quantitative evaluation with incentive mechanism based evaluation system, to build a relatively perfect “four-dimensions pattern practical teaching management system”which could make sure the implementation of teaching tasks.
