目的:了解初中生急救知识现状和健康教育干预效果。方法:采用横断面调查,对某市中学2013年632名初一新生和随机抽取该校初二、初三学生各320名进行急救相关知识问卷调查,比较初一新生健康教育干预前后及其与初二、初三学生相关知识的差异。结果:某市初一新生急救电话知晓率较低(66.77%),明显低于初二(92.81%)、初三(94.37%)学生(χ2=144.08,P<0.01);健康教育干预后,急救知识知晓率明显提高(P<0.01);初二、初三学生的相关知识知晓率也明显高于初一新生受教育前。结论:适时开展对初中学生急救知识的培训和健康教育干预,能有效提高青少年的急救知识和急救技能,对减少学校及社会意外伤害起到积极作用。

목적:료해초중생급구지식현상화건강교육간예효과。방법:채용횡단면조사,대모시중학2013년632명초일신생화수궤추취해교초이、초삼학생각320명진행급구상관지식문권조사,비교초일신생건강교육간예전후급기여초이、초삼학생상관지식적차이。결과:모시초일신생급구전화지효솔교저(66.77%),명현저우초이(92.81%)、초삼(94.37%)학생(χ2=144.08,P<0.01);건강교육간예후,급구지식지효솔명현제고(P<0.01);초이、초삼학생적상관지식지효솔야명현고우초일신생수교육전。결론:괄시개전대초중학생급구지식적배훈화건강교육간예,능유효제고청소년적급구지식화급구기능,대감소학교급사회의외상해기도적겁작용。
Objective:To understand the present situation and effect of health education intervention about knowledge of first aid of junior middle school student.Methods:With cross-sectional survey,632 students in grade one of 2013 year of middle school in a city were selected,320 students in grade two and 320 students in grade three of the middle school were randomly selected,they were given first aid knowledge questionnaire survey,we compared the differences of knowledge before and after health education intervention of students in grade one and with grade two and grade three.Results:Emergency call awareness rate of students in grade one was low(66.77% ),which was significantly lower than the students in grade two(92.81% ) and students in grade three(94.37% ) ( χ 2=144.08,P<0.01);after health education intervention,the awareness rate of knowledge of first aid was significantly improved(P<0.01);the awareness rate of related knowledge of students in grade two and students in grade three was obviously higher than that of students in grade one before education.Conclusion:Carrying out the knowledge of first aid training and health education intervention for junior middle school students,can effectively improve the knowledge of emergency and first-aid skills of young people,it had a positive effect on reducing the accidental injury of school and the society.
