目的：对应用全面护理干预模式对合并出现上消化道出血症状的消化性溃疡疾病患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法：2012年5月-2014年5月收治消化性溃疡疾病患者84例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组采用常规消化科护理服务模式实施护理；观察组采用全面护理干预模式实施护理。结果：观察组消化功能恢复正常时间和临床治疗总时间明显短于对照组；观察组治疗期间护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组。结论：应用全面护理干预模式对合并出现上消化道出血症状的消化性溃疡疾病患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

목적：대응용전면호리간예모식대합병출현상소화도출혈증상적소화성궤양질병환자재치료기간실시호리적림상효과진행연구。방법：2012년5월-2014년5월수치소화성궤양질병환자84례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조42례。대조조채용상규소화과호리복무모식실시호리；관찰조채용전면호리간예모식실시호리。결과：관찰조소화공능회복정상시간화림상치료총시간명현단우대조조；관찰조치료기간호리복무적만의도명현고우대조조。결론：응용전면호리간예모식대합병출현상소화도출혈증상적소화성궤양질병환자재치료기간실시호리적림상효과비상명현。
Objective:To study the clinical effect by applying comprehensive nursing intervention mode to the patients with peptic ulcer disease appearing merging symptom of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract during the treatment with implementation of nursing.Methods:84 patients with peptic ulcer disease appearing merging symptom of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were selected from May 2012 to May 2014,who randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each are averages for 42 patients.The control group were given routine gastroenterology nursing service mode.The observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention model.Results:Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were obviously shorter on the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and total time of clinical treatment were more satisfying on nursing service of peptic ulcer disease merging with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract during the treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of applying comprehensive nursing intervention mode to the patients with peptic ulcer disease appearing merging symptom of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract during the treatment with implementation of nursing is very obvious.
