目的：探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合文拉法辛缓释片治疗女性抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：2011年6月-2013年6月收治女性抑郁症患者120例，随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组给予文拉法辛缓释片治疗，观察组在此基础上给予疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。疗程6周。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及不良反应量表(TESS)评分。结果：对照组和观察组治疗后的总有效率分别为83.3%和91.7%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组患者治疗后HAMD及SDS评分显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05)，治疗2周后，观察组 HAMD 及 SDS 评分显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：疏肝解郁胶囊联合文拉法辛缓释片治疗女性抑郁症的临床疗效显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토소간해욱효낭연합문랍법신완석편치료녀성억욱증적림상료효。방법：2011년6월-2013년6월수치녀성억욱증환자120례，수궤장환자분위대조조화관찰조，각60례。대조조급여문랍법신완석편치료，관찰조재차기출상급여소간해욱효낭치료。료정6주。관찰병비교량조환자치료전후적림상료효、한밀이돈억욱량표(HAMD)평분、억욱자평량표(SDS)평분급불량반응량표(TESS)평분。결과：대조조화관찰조치료후적총유효솔분별위83.3%화91.7%，량조료효비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；량조환자치료후HAMD급SDS평분현저저우치료전(P＜0.05)，치료2주후，관찰조 HAMD 급 SDS 평분현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰량조불량반응차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：소간해욱효낭연합문랍법신완석편치료녀성억욱증적림상료효현저，불량반응소，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gan Jie Yu capsule combined venlafaxine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of female depression.Methods:120 female with depression were selected from June 2011 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given venlafaxine extended release tablets in the treatment,while the observation group were added with Gan Jie Yu capsule.6 weeks for one course.Then we observed the clinical curative effect,and compared Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score,self rating Depression Scale(SDS) score and adverse reactions scale(TESS) before and after treatment in two groups.Results:After the treatment,the total efficiency of the control group and the observation group were 83.3% and 91.7% respectively,and the efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment HAMD and SDS scores in patients of the two groups were significantly lower than those before therapy(P<0.05);after 2 weeks treatment,both the HAMD and SDS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in adverse reactions had no statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shu Gan Jie Yu capsule combined with venlafaxine sustained-release tablets has significantly clinical curative effect in the treatment of female depression,and also has less adverse reaction,so it is worth to be promoted in the clinical.
