目的：通过实例研究神经内科住院患者神经眼科的临床特点。方法：2010年1月-2012年1月收治神经内科患者100例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：神经内科患者神经眼科的临床症状中，最为常见的是复视，其次是持续性视力下降。结论：复视和持续性视力下降是神经内科中的神经眼科患者较为常见的临床症状，临床特征表现为眼球运动障碍和眼球震颤。
목적：통과실례연구신경내과주원환자신경안과적림상특점。방법：2010년1월-2012년1월수치신경내과환자100례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：신경내과환자신경안과적림상증상중，최위상견적시복시，기차시지속성시력하강。결론：복시화지속성시력하강시신경내과중적신경안과환자교위상견적림상증상，림상특정표현위안구운동장애화안구진전。
Objective:Study on the clinical characteristics of neurological ophthalmology in hospitalized patients of internal medicine neurological department through the case.Methods:100 patients of internal medicine neurological department were selected from January 2010 to January 2012.We retrospectively analyzed their clinical data.Results:The most common symptoms of nerve ophthalmology in patients of neurological department was diplopia,followed by persistent visual acuity decreased. Conclusion:Diplopia and persistent visual acuity decreased is very common symptoms of nerve ophthalmology in patients of neurological department.Its clinical features perform with eyeball movement disorder and nystagmus.
